Our Instructors

We are proud to have instructors that have achieved the Highest Titles in their dog sports, which makes them the MOST QUALIFIED in our area to be teaching you and your dogs!

Maureen O’Reilly Weidner is our lead Agility Instructor. She, and her 2 Miniature Schnauzers Greta and Liza, have achieved 26 American Kennel Club Titles in the past 8 years. In January of 2009, Greta received her MACH3 (Master Agility Champion 3 Title ) from the American Kennel Club. This year marked Maureen and Greta’s 6th time and Liza’s 3rd time qualifying for the prestigious AKC Agility National Championship event, where they competed with the top Agility dog/handler teams from across the country! Last year at this event during the State Competition, Greta placed 7th and Liza placed 9th among all the dogs from Minnesota! Maureen’s philosophy is that the relationship between the dog and handler is the most important aspect to a successful Agility Team!

All of our instructors continually attend training for their sports around the country from the best trainers available. At Greta’s Gym, you will always have the latest and best training practices to help you and your dog achieve your goals!
